I just relocated from New Hampshire to Deer Run Apartments in Spokane. I can't say enough about how smooth and painless this process was due to the excellent communication and kindness from Monica and the team here. Everyone was incredibly helpful, kind and patient. Moving is stressful, especially cross-country but this team made the process feel effortless when it came to housing. Aside from the excellent management, the apartment itself is spacious, clean and the community is well manicured and safe. I am so excited to start my new life in Spokane and these incredible people made this possible.

I’ve been at this apartment for a year now and I’m very satisfied with the maintenance team here, did you know they get here hours before opening in the winter to scrape ice, hard work and much appreciated. I see management at the office early in the morning working before opening during all seasons, Monica is always friendly efficient and reasonable. Front desk staff has always been pleasant and helpful. The last year here has been overall peaceful, the playground and yard work is done on a weekly basis, the apartment stays relatively clean and quiet. The school district in this area is also amazing for all the families out there reading this and focusing on top districts to enroll kiddos in. Wishing everyone luck apartment hunting! 💕

Me and my wife started our journey here in our first place together almost 5 years ago and we are moving back to Florida, but this apartment complex and the team running it have been nothing but wonderful to us and have helped anytime we needed it and have always been lenient when things didn’t look so good for us. I love living here! I looked at so many apartments before moving in here and Monica went above and beyond to make sure we were able to qualify and move in as soon as we could. There were a few issues when we did the walk through and the most important ones were taken care of right away. We have lived here for over 6 months and I have only had a couple maintenance issues and both were fixed right away! I will say parking is very limited even with a pass and I did have an issue with the dirt and grease stains on my front entrance way. Overall, I have loved living here and would definitely recommend it to any looking for an affordable place that feels safe and comfortable. Also very close to grocery stores and so many restaurants! It’s a great area to live in!

My sibling and I have been living in a two bed one bath unit for about 4 months now. This is our first time renting on our own and what could be a stressful process was made very easy for us. Monica was extremely nice and prompt at getting back to me when I had questions, and the paperwork was processed quickly. We had not seen the unit at all before singing the lease due to how quickly these apartments get taken, so we were a little nervous. Thankfully, the apartment is very spacious and was clean, and the maintenance team made sure everything worked correctly before we moved in. The only issue we had was the carpet in our unit. I'm not sure if they get cleaned after a tenant leaves or if some get replaced, but ours was greasy and had a very strong odor. We spent several days just cleaning the floors and carpet before we could move anything in. Another thing to keep in mind is that the parking lots fill up fast after 5pm. I get home from work very late at night and usually have to park quite far from my unit (this may only be a problem for complexes 13, 12, and 11 due to their location). The apartments are tucked behind the main road and are safe and typically very quiet after 10pm. These are incredibly affordable and only electricity is not included in the rent. Overall, it's been a great place for us to start out and I would recommend them to those looking for a place that allows pets, is large, includes washer/dryer in the unit, and wants a responsive and caring leasing team!

I’ve been in my apartment for almost two weeks now, and I have nothing but good things to say about the place. The unit itself was very clean and in good condition, and the apartments are too. The entire complex is very well lit, and just a comfortable place to be in. The management and staff have been so kind and helpful - I was able to get in this unit very soon after my initial interest. This will be a great place for me for years to come!

I found this apartment on Zillow, I loved the location the fact that it was backed into a corner with lots of space behind it. I liked the idea of being directly down the street from doctors, stores a great school district in a nice area and something affordable. I really wanted to get into this apartment so after a long and hard move states away, we were in a bind for time as well. I turned in all necessary paperwork the application took about an hour and once everything was done on my part of the deal, I heard back from Monica the next morning! I was prepared to wait a while for an approval but I was able to move my family in swiftly, and pleased with everything so far, the neighborhood has been quiet and peaceful, and I am happy to be in our new home and enjoying the community.

Once I moved in I noticed a few outlets needed to be replaced and they had that addressed so quickly. It’s a great location because you are close to everything but with it set back off Nevada it feels very safe and quiet like its own little community.

For the last year and half we were living in Texas but were moving back to the PNW however we were unable to see apartments in person prior to moving. We had also never been to Spokane so it was all new to us. Monica was AMAZING to say the least. I had emailed her incessantly about photos and neighborhood and community and she was always quick to respond and was always cheerful and kind. She made the process smooth and seamless. The apartment was clean in good shape when we moved in a week ago and any minor issues we've had, had been addressed by maintenance immediately. The are is quiet but close to all amenities.

I was staying at Unit 1236 and had too relocate for family so please rent this 918sqft spacious place. Its on the top floor so no one is above you, sun year round, AC unit, large patio, giant walk in closet. Office has friendly staff and friendly faces all around the community. Close to restaurants, target, best buy, costco, walmart, tons of places to shop. Has the highly rated Mead School district for the kids.

Amazing Property Management!! Monica and Alyssa truly are caring people who work with their tenants to their best ability in making sure everybody feels at home, safe and together as a community. From day one getting us moved in and dealing with the typical headaches that arise when doing paperwork and waiting for things to come back, they just seemed to take the load completely off of us and made sure we were kept in the loop with the progress of the move in process until we were handed our keys :D. The property itself is quiet enough to never have to complain about noise or any nuisance, and its so close to the Northpoint shopping center for convenience but far enough away to not feel like your in the middle of all the traffic to and fro, not to mention that being pet friendly is also a HUGE plus. All in all, Deer run was a blessing to my Fiancé and our two kids and I to have been an option with everything they have to offer. Thank you for giving us a place we're happy to call Home Deer Run! It’s peaceful, Office/ Management are polite and Professional. March 8th, 2025 at 10:40am an elder woman let her dog out of her apartment purposely as Me and my pups were walking by her patio. She saw me as I was walking back to my Girlfriends apartment through her living room window, I’m sure she has all of the footage on her camera sitting in the window as well; She proceeded to let her dog out without holding or trying to grab her dogs leash as it charged at me. Thankfully my dog was able to stop her dog from attacking me! This is the 2nd time I’m having trouble from her and it’s the 3rd time in general since I have lived in these apartments dating back to 2015! I love this place but it sucks I can’t walk my dog in certain parts of the property without “GETTING IN TROUBLE”! IM GOING TO REPORT THE NEXT TIME MY LIFE OR PETS LIFE IS PUT IN DANGER!
