With such short notice of needing to move my family and I took a chance with these apartments , the manager Monica was so welcoming and answered all of our questions and was so supportive with everything going on! The maintenance team was on top of the job when we needed help and overall if you’re looking for a nice area to live this is definitely the right place for you!

Monica is a great landlord, she helped me get into the apartment as fast as possible and worked with me when I had to break a lease on finding someone else to move in when I needed to help my grandmother with her medical issues. Thank you for all you did and continue to do- Matthew Miller

I had a great time moving into the apartments! They have been very helpful if I have any issues at all and are always prompt about it. The ladies in the office work really hard and so do the maintenance! I'm very grateful how theyve made this such an easy transition.

We just moved in a couple weeks ago, and thanks to Monica, this has been such a smooth and positive move-in experience. From start to finish, she was kind, patient, super responsive, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. As a single mom, I truly appreciated how supportive and organized she was throughout everything. We absolutely love the apartment and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend Deer Run, and especially Monica! ☺️

I love living here! I looked at so many apartments before moving in here and Monica went above and beyond to make sure we were able to qualify and move in as soon as we could. There were a few issues when we did the walk through and the most important ones were taken care of right away. We have lived here for over 6 months and I have only had a couple maintenance issues and both were fixed right away! I will say parking is very limited even with a pass and I did have an issue with the dirt and grease stains on my front entrance way. Overall, I have loved living here and would definitely recommend it to any looking for an affordable place that feels safe and comfortable. Also very close to grocery stores and so many restaurants! It’s a great area to live in!
