Monica is the best, she’s so kind and answers any questions i’ve had. I lived there back in 2022 and because of her and her team - it was a great experience. These are great first apartments! 😇

We moved in a couple weeks ago and everything has been amazing. Our apartment was almost brand new when we moved in . The process was fast and easy. The ladies in the front office were helpful and friendly. Maintenance is awesome, overall we have had an amazing experience.

Monica and Alyssa are definitely a great team! We lived here about a little over a year back and just recently came back! They have definitely improved a lot with the move in experience as well as just the apartment complex in general I will always highly recommend this complex to anyone I know needing a great place to live, Alyssa made sure to keep in contact with me through the whole move in process and took into consideration that I’m very pregnant and did her best to let me know when a bottom floor was available! Thank you guys!

Moved in a few days ago! So far so great! Cannot be more happy with Alyssa! She helped and made this such an easy and smooth move. Such a kind and wonderful person. Absolutely recommend!

Recently moved in and Alyssa made it so easy and was extremely prompt on responding during the whole process and made it a really good experience. Also their office always smelt like fresh banana bread which was a plus 🍌🍌

Alyssa and Monica are outstanding ladies with loads of compassion and understanding. Deer run park apartments gave us the opportunity to start off our journey in Spokane when no one else really would they are great people with good hearts. Alyssa is both professional and easy going I’m happy with time and opportunity they gave us.

I was staying at Unit 1236 and had too relocate for family so please rent this 918sqft spacious place. Its on the top floor so no one is above you, sun year round, AC unit, large patio, giant walk in closet. Office has friendly staff and friendly faces all around the community. Close to restaurants, target, best buy, costco, walmart, tons of places to shop. Has the highly rated Mead School district for the kids.

alyssa and monica were extremely knowledgeable about the apartments and the surrounding area. i appreciated how kind and willing they were to help and answer any questions my wife and i had :)

The people at deer run are amazing! Me and my family found ourselves stressing about moving and trying to find a new place but we applied here and they made the process super easy and took off a lot of stress especially Alyssa the assistant manager she was a pleasure to work with and kept great communication with us through the whole process and it’s just overall a great community! Would definitely recommend anyone who’s apartment hunting to look into them!!

Working with Alyssa and Monica at Deer Run was nothing short of incredible! They made 1) just talking to them about my needs in a new place easy, and 2) the process of moving in so seamless. They are caring and wonderful, and I can't thank them enough for all the help they have provided. While yes there might be some waiting, it was easy to keep in communication with Alyssa about where we were in the process, and absolutely worth it! From simple questions to maintenance requests, they have helped make my life a little easier!

Al from maintenance needs a large raise...he is always courteous, clean, knowledgeable and never complains about my terrorist dog😄. Seriously he is an awesome maintenance man and a nice person as well😊

I love the deer run I have lived there 2 times now planing on moving back. The managers are very nice so are the maintenance men.

I moved in about 3 months ago and I will say Alyssa is so caring and so helpful and really is just the sweetest soul. I thought I had a maintenance problem over the weekend while the office was closed she was able to reach out and help me get ahold of someone who would be able to help without any fuss about it. Alyssa is a gem and maintenance was on top of it!

Amazing experience with everything! Alyssa and Monica answered every question and always kept me updated on the application process. They were very kind and understanding with all my worries and questions! Highly recommend them to everyone! Overall great people and great communication! I am impressed with how fast they were able to get me in and how kind they were with not only me but all the other tenants and inquiries that came up while I was in their office! we absolutely love the ladies in the deer run office. they made our move in a great experience, with being new in recovery and getting our own place for the first time.. they were just so down to earth and a pleasure to work with. and it's even better because we got to have our new corgi puppy with us too, which alot of apartments don't allow. Just an overall great experience so far 👏👏

Amazing Property Management!! Monica and Alyssa truly are caring people who work with their tenants to their best ability in making sure everybody feels at home, safe and together as a community. From day one getting us moved in and dealing with the typical headaches that arise when doing paperwork and waiting for things to come back, they just seemed to take the load completely off of us and made sure we were kept in the loop with the progress of the move in process until we were handed our keys :D. The property itself is quiet enough to never have to complain about noise or any nuisance, and its so close to the Northpoint shopping center for convenience but far enough away to not feel like your in the middle of all the traffic to and fro, not to mention that being pet friendly is also a HUGE plus. All in all, Deer run was a blessing to my Fiancé and our two kids and I to have been an option with everything they have to offer. Thank you for giving us a place we're happy to call Home Deer Run! Simply based from my interactions with Monica, Alyssa and Al, I'm already so excited to live here!! Between the application process, answering every single question I could possibly come up with, they've been nothing but kind, patient and professional. I asked a lot of questions. And called OFTEN because I was constantly coming up with new questions as well as simply bugging them to let me move in already 🤣 Thank you Deer Run management so much for making my moving experience less stressful. My apartment is everything I had hoped for! Management is super friendly and helpful as well.

I have been here 6 years and yes there have been issues...ya find em everywhere these days but every time I have had an issue it get the attention or repair it needs asap. Al and Mills(sp?) just fixed my shower and they are always polite, clean and respectful! 👍 Monica and the office staff are the 💣 too😁

The maintenance team always do a great job. I had a leaky faucet and they fixed it in a timely manner. The staff here have always been kind and friendly.

The apartments are very nice and the staff is fantastic! Monica and Alyssa are the best ladies ever! They are both friendly and very helpful. This is a nice place to live and I know I’ll be taken care of if anything goes wrong. I’d recommend living here!
