My sibling and I have been living in a two bed one bath unit for about 4 months now. This is our first time renting on our own and what could be a stressful process was made very easy for us. Monica was extremely nice and prompt at getting back to me when I had questions, and the paperwork was processed quickly. We had not seen the unit at all before singing the lease due to how quickly these apartments get taken, so we were a little nervous. Thankfully, the apartment is very spacious and was clean, and the maintenance team made sure everything worked correctly before we moved in. The only issue we had was the carpet in our unit. I'm not sure if they get cleaned after a tenant leaves or if some get replaced, but ours was greasy and had a very strong odor. We spent several days just cleaning the floors and carpet before we could move anything in. Another thing to keep in mind is that the parking lots fill up fast after 5pm. I get home from work very late at night and usually have to park quite far from my unit (this may only be a problem for complexes 13, 12, and 11 due to their location). The apartments are tucked behind the main road and are safe and typically very quiet after 10pm. These are incredibly affordable and only electricity is not included in the rent. Overall, it's been a great place for us to start out and I would recommend them to those looking for a place that allows pets, is large, includes washer/dryer in the unit, and wants a responsive and caring leasing team!
