I was staying at Unit 1236 and had too relocate for family so please rent this 918sqft spacious place. Its on the top floor so no one is above you, sun year round, AC unit, large patio, giant walk in closet. Office has friendly staff and friendly faces all around the community. Close to restaurants, target, best buy, costco, walmart, tons of places to shop. Has the highly rated Mead School district for the kids.

alyssa and monica were extremely knowledgeable about the apartments and the surrounding area. i appreciated how kind and willing they were to help and answer any questions my wife and i had :)

The people at deer run are amazing! Me and my family found ourselves stressing about moving and trying to find a new place but we applied here and they made the process super easy and took off a lot of stress especially Alyssa the assistant manager she was a pleasure to work with and kept great communication with us through the whole process and itâs just overall a great community! Would definitely recommend anyone whoâs apartment hunting to look into them!!

I'm only giving this a 4 star rating because it took me 4 visits to finally reach someone in the office. Alyssa, whom I finally connected with, was AWESOME! She has a great memory, very friendly demeanor and very responsive in a timely manner. Though my mom hasn't moved in yet, we are hoping for a great experience with that as well.

Working with Alyssa and Monica at Deer Run was nothing short of incredible! They made 1) just talking to them about my needs in a new place easy, and 2) the process of moving in so seamless. They are caring and wonderful, and I can't thank them enough for all the help they have provided. While yes there might be some waiting, it was easy to keep in communication with Alyssa about where we were in the process, and absolutely worth it! From simple questions to maintenance requests, they have helped make my life a little easier!
