Alyssa and Monica were the best to work with! They Answered all our questions and did everything in a timely manner! We couldn't be happier with our apartment and the amazing tenant service they continue to give us! Even the Maintenance workers have been great. Thank you Alyssa and Monica for Getting us into our home!

I moved in about 3 months ago and I will say Alyssa is so caring and so helpful and really is just the sweetest soul. I thought I had a maintenance problem over the weekend while the office was closed she was able to reach out and help me get ahold of someone who would be able to help without any fuss about it. Alyssa is a gem and maintenance was on top of it!

Love it!!! They really need to get on tenants for smoking though!!! But it's nice and quiet, great area and the staff are amazing. Prices are responsible and the maintenance crew are excellent. Highly recommend.

Amazing experience with everything! Alyssa and Monica answered every question and always kept me updated on the application process. They were very kind and understanding with all my worries and questions! Highly recommend them to everyone! Overall great people and great communication! I am impressed with how fast they were able to get me in and how kind they were with not only me but all the other tenants and inquiries that came up while I was in their office! Thanks Alyssa and Monica, you guys are the best!!

we absolutely love the ladies in the deer run office. they made our move in a great experience, with being new in recovery and getting our own place for the first time.. they were just so down to earth and a pleasure to work with. and it's even better because we got to have our new corgi puppy with us too, which alot of apartments don't allow. Just an overall great experience so far ðð

Warning for people on this apartment complex. My mom lives here and has health issues and they will not replace things with mold all over. I have cleaned it over and over and it comes back. She tells them and all they say is run bleach in the dishwasher and just wipe it around the windows and air conditioner. If you want to live in mold and never have things done then I guess this is the place for you. I am done I am not gonna let this make my mom sick. So I took pictures of everything that is moldy. And I am going to the health department this is not right. Just thought I would warn people.
