Amazing Property Management!! Monica and Alyssa truly are caring people who work with their tenants to their best ability in making sure everybody feels at home, safe and together as a community. From day one getting us moved in and dealing with the typical headaches that arise when doing paperwork and waiting for things to come back, they just seemed to take the load completely off of us and made sure we were kept in the loop with the progress of the move in process until we were handed our keys :D. The property itself is quiet enough to never have to complain about noise or any nuisance, and its so close to the Northpoint shopping center for convenience but far enough away to not feel like your in the middle of all the traffic to and fro, not to mention that being pet friendly is also a HUGE plus. All in all, Deer run was a blessing to my Fiancé and our two kids and I to have been an option with everything they have to offer. Thank you for giving us a place we're happy to call Home Deer Run! Simply based from my interactions with Monica, Alyssa and Al, I'm already so excited to live here!! Between the application process, answering every single question I could possibly come up with, they've been nothing but kind, patient and professional. I asked a lot of questions. And called OFTEN because I was constantly coming up with new questions as well as simply bugging them to let me move in already 🤣 Thank you Deer Run management so much for making my moving experience less stressful. I'm looking forward to being here💕😊

The apartment is nice, pretty well cleaned, I had to do some but not bad, parking is bad, it's a free for all, other then that it's not too bad, the girls in the office are amazing tho and maintenance has been very quick !but I've only been here since the 29th of march

The office ladies are extremely sweet and worked as fast as they could to get us into an apartment. We had a couple issues since moving in a couple months ago and maintenance has been super quick to get things fixed and they’re super friendly! Overall quite as well. Only reason I didn’t give 5 starts is because parking for our building is a joke. But it’s been a great place to live so far
