I just relocated from New Hampshire to Deer Run Apartments in Spokane. I can't say enough about how smooth and painless this process was due to the excellent communication and kindness from Monica and the team here. Everyone was incredibly helpful, kind and patient. Moving is stressful, especially cross-country but this team made the process feel effortless when it came to housing. Aside from the excellent management, the apartment itself is spacious, clean and the community is well manicured and safe. I am so excited to start my new life in Spokane and these incredible people made this possible.

My move in experience with Monica and Kylee was even more helpful than I could have expected! Not only were they incredibly kind and knowledgeable, they were also extremely forthcoming about the entire process and the expenses involved in the application process. They were even able to get me into a better unit than originally anticipated, which was such a HUGE help with my infant daughter. 10/10 experience!

Moving it was easy. I was approved in a few days. Great communication between me and the management while applying she here. Great place to live. Peaceful and quiet no loud noises or traffic.

I’ve been at this apartment for a year now and I’m very satisfied with the maintenance team here, did you know they get here hours before opening in the winter to scrape ice, hard work and much appreciated. I see management at the office early in the morning working before opening during all seasons, Monica is always friendly efficient and reasonable. Front desk staff has always been pleasant and helpful. The last year here has been overall peaceful, the playground and yard work is done on a weekly basis, the apartment stays relatively clean and quiet. The school district in this area is also amazing for all the families out there reading this and focusing on top districts to enroll kiddos in. Wishing everyone luck apartment hunting! 💕

I am loving my apartment. In my 54 years this is my first apartment housing situation and I was stressed for sure. I got exactly what I was looking for. The staff are pleasant and prompt. I am thriving. It feels safe as well as quiet for being in the heart of the Northside. Thank you deer run for this experience.

I have lived here for a few years and the management and maintenance team have been amazing . When asked to fix something they are here immediately to fix it . They are all very professional. I would like to say Monica runs the apartments with such dignity , respect and she is very professional. I wanna say thank you all For taking such good care of us here .

Me and my wife started our journey here in our first place together almost 5 years ago and we are moving back to Florida, but this apartment complex and the team running it have been nothing but wonderful to us and have helped anytime we needed it and have always been lenient when things didn’t look so good for us. If your looking for a place to stay they are a great option and we thank deer run for all the memories we’ve made here my entire family has lived here and are now down south and I’m sure they would say the same!
