Iâve been in my apartment for almost two weeks now, and I have nothing but good things to say about the place. The unit itself was very clean and in good condition, and the apartments are too. The entire complex is very well lit, and just a comfortable place to be in. The management and staff have been so kind and helpful - I was able to get in this unit very soon after my initial interest. This will be a great place for me for years to come!

Me and my two friends (who are roommates as well) feel greatly appreciated for the help we received when applying to move to Deer Run. Specifically Monica, who remained in constant communication with me and making sure the transition from moving to one place to another was trouble-free as we know it can get overwhelming with paperwork and other required documents. So far me and my friends have enjoyed living here and everyone has been so welcoming! Thank you Monica and the rest of the staff!

My boyfriend & I have been living here for almost a week now, this is our first apartment and I can confidently say that we are going to really enjoy our time here! Communication was great when applying. Monica, went above and beyond answering questions & getting us moving forward. Alyssa, was very nice & efficient when helping us the lease. Maintenance was quick and friendly as well. This homey environment is one I would definitely recommend calling home.

I lived here for two years and it was a very good living experience. The management always listened to me whenever there was an issue, and they were quick to send the right person for any maintenance needs at the right time. My boyfriend and I have been here about a month so far and are extremely happy! Monica has been such a big help and so enthusiastic about getting us in here and working with us! Truly a great experience and amazing management, super on top of things and can not emphasize enough how helpful and uplifting she has been!
