I found this apartment on Zillow, I loved the location the fact that it was backed into a corner with lots of space behind it. I liked the idea of being directly down the street from doctors, stores a great school district in a nice area and something affordable. I really wanted to get into this apartment so after a long and hard move states away, we were in a bind for time as well. I turned in all necessary paperwork the application took about an hour and once everything was done on my part of the deal, I heard back from Monica the next morning! I was prepared to wait a while for an approval but I was able to move my family in swiftly, and pleased with everything so far, the neighborhood has been quiet and peaceful, and I am happy to be in our new home and enjoying the community.

Monica was so helpful and professional with getting everything done to move in. The unit is clean, adorable and the property well maintained. Once I moved in I noticed a few outlets needed to be replaced and they had that addressed so quickly. It’s a great location because you are close to everything but with it set back off Nevada it feels very safe and quiet like its own little community.

For the last year and half we were living in Texas but were moving back to the PNW however we were unable to see apartments in person prior to moving. We had also never been to Spokane so it was all new to us. Monica was AMAZING to say the least. I had emailed her incessantly about photos and neighborhood and community and she was always quick to respond and was always cheerful and kind. She made the process smooth and seamless. The apartment was clean in good shape when we moved in a week ago and any minor issues we've had, had been addressed by maintenance immediately. The are is quiet but close to all amenities.

Monica and Alyssa both helped me get all the paperwork done to move in and were very helpful. They helped me get into the ground floor unit that I requested. I have been here for two months now and am very happy with the apartment. The unit is clean and nice looking.

Monica is the best, she’s so kind and answers any questions i’ve had. I lived there back in 2022 and because of her and her team - it was a great experience. These are great first apartments! 😇

We moved in a couple weeks ago and everything has been amazing. Our apartment was almost brand new when we moved in . The process was fast and easy. The ladies in the front office were helpful and friendly. Maintenance is awesome, overall we have had an amazing experience.

Monica and Alyssa are definitely a great team! We lived here about a little over a year back and just recently came back! They have definitely improved a lot with the move in experience as well as just the apartment complex in general I will always highly recommend this complex to anyone I know needing a great place to live, Alyssa made sure to keep in contact with me through the whole move in process and took into consideration that I’m very pregnant and did her best to let me know when a bottom floor was available! Thank you guys!

Recently moved in and Alyssa made it so easy and was extremely prompt on responding during the whole process and made it a really good experience. Also their office always smelt like fresh banana bread which was a plus 🍌🍌
